Baby Lyla is finally here!
I thought I had better get on here while Leslie and Lyla are both fast asleep recovering, and post a few pics of our new little girl. Leslie and Lyla are both doing great. Lyla was delivered yesterday afternoon at 1:14, after five hours of labor. Leslie did great; she was quite the trooper, I was proud of her. I guess I had better give the final stats, as is usually everyone's first question: 7 pounds 4 ounces - 20 inches long. We couldn't be happier, she is just beautiful.

Baby Lyla Is Now 7 Months!!!
I am 30 weeks along now and we are so excited for our little girl to get here. We were able to get a 3D ultrasound and it was so amazing. We love seeing
her every chance we get. She loves to move around and dance and Ryan has fun watching my whole stomach move. She weighs a little over 3 pounds now
and the ultrasound tec. told us that her feet were about 2 1/2 in. long. Being pregnant is such a miracle. I feel so blessed to have Lyla in our lives. It is amazing how much I learn from her even though she is still inside of me. I am getting bigger, as you can tell, and I can safely bet that by the time she is due I will be very big. lol
We love you all and look forward to seeing you in the summer.

Christmas Work Party
Fun At The Cabin

Yes, we are still blogging

This is what Ryan looked like one night after he went for a bike
ride
. Yum how do those bugs taste Ry? Crazy !!! He came home covered in bugs.

Now on to October... We started out by carving pumpkins and Ryan did an amazing job on his deer. I had fun eating the pumpkin seeds and watching him work so hard.
Then we were invited to a Halloween party at the Hatch's house. I dressed up as a rocker and we gave Ryan a mullet. It was so funny, but Gross. I actually put real extensions in his hair.
We went to the Hendrickson's house for Thanksgiving and had a great meal. They barbequed the turkey and it was wonderful. We ate until our pants had to be undone, and then all took naps.

The day after Thanksgiving Ryan was a good sport and went shopping with me at 5:30 in the morning. We went to JoAnn's and then to the mall. Then that night we went down to Coeur d' Alene and watched the fireworks. They have fireworks like it is the 4th of July, but better. They let them off over the lake and they show them to Christmas music, we love it. After the fireworks they light up the resort and everything is so beautiful. We had a great time.
Well to wrap things up, we are pregnant and we went to the doc. today and found out that we are having a little girl. We are so excited. Everything looked good and we are already talking about names. We hope you all are having a wonderful Holiday season, we will talk to you all soon.
XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX
Love,
Ryan & Leslie
I almost forgot, I had better say something about Ryan's first whitetail, or he would be upset that I left it out of my blog. After a lot of time and effort scouting in the summer, and hunting in the fall, Ryan was able to shoot this whitetail deer on the last day of his hunting season.

Visiting The Cedarnole
On our way home we were able to visit our grandparents. We were able to go up to Arbon Vally Idaho and see the "Old Farm House" it was great I haven't been up there in about 10 years. It was just like I remembered it, everything down to the smell (Grandma is always cooking something good). Ryan has heard a lot about the Cedarnole and now he finally has seen it. Why would he be so interested in the Cedarnole? Yes it is because my Dad and Grandpa have told him that they have seen some pretty "Big Bucks" up there. Grandpa and Grandma took us on a tour and we were able to see my Great Grandma Zella's house. That is the first time I have ever seen it but it is in great condition and my Grandparents still own it. We were able to see the wheat being harvested and it is so amazing to see the big machines go through the wheat. How they know what to keep and what to through our I will never know. Daniel came with us and it was so nice to have him along. We had fun driving up to Island Park with him.
Summer Fun and our Back Yard Bike Ride
We went to the pool yesterday with Amy, Marshall, and Ava. Ava is getting fearless when it comes to the mimming poo. LOL it is so cute to hear how she says things.
Can you believe that we can leave our house and in less than five minutes be out here on our bikes! We went for a bike ride last night and saw a deer and a porcupine. It was a blast. We are getting back into the swing of things back home and Ryan went looking for deer again today. Yes he really has buck fever it is getting pretty serious

Summer Fun
Ryan and I were in Utah for the summer. We had a lot of fun and went on some fun little get-a-ways. Our last stop before we came back home was to Island Park and Yellowstone National Park with my family. It is nice to be home but it is always sad to be away from family. I am doing more with Prive now and loving it. I went to a education class in Vegas and learned some fun haircuts. Ryan has buck fever and it is only getting worse as the fall moves closer. He has already gone looking for whitetail deer and there are more hunting and outdoor magazines around the house than I know what to do with. All in all we are doing great and loving life. Remember love kills all bitterness. xoxo until next time.
